Why Can't I see the Graphs or the Scrolling Information?

The LiveStats program requires Java to display these features within your web browser. Microsoft has decided to not include the Java plug-in with certain versions of their Windows and Internet Explorer software.

To view these features, simply go to http://www.java.com and click on the "Free download" link at the top-right corner of their webpage. Once this feature is installed, the graphs will start working.

It is usually a good idea to clear out your browser's cache after installing the program.
